Directions from I-95:
Take I-95 to SR 528 (Beeline Expwy.). Take SR 528 (Beeline Expwy.) east
toward Cocoa Beach/Cape Canaveral. The road will split, continue toward
Cocoa Beach/Cape Canaveral (Note: DO NOT take the exit marked Titusville/Kennedy
Space Center). SR 528 will become Hwy. A1A (North Atlantic Ave/South Orlando
Ave.). Continue going south toward Cocoa Beach on Hwy. A1A.
Take A1A south to Crown Resorts Cocoa Beach on your left hand side (landmark:
Durango's Steakhouse & Best Western signs on the left). The office entrance
is next to these signs in the Crown Resorts/Greene International Real
Estate building (5604 North Atlantic Ave.). To pick up the apartment keys,
detailed directions and to check in, please go to Crown Resorts. OFFICE
HOURS: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM Monday through Friday. Please check applicable
hours on all Holidays.
***PLEASE NOTE: A credit card or cash security deposit of $100 per unit
will be required upon your arrival. ***
LATE ARRIVAL PROCEDURES (incl. weekends and holidays): *****IMPORTANT:
Should you arrive after office hours, on weekends or holidays, you MUST
contact Crown Resorts prior to your scheduled arrival date. The person
to contact is Ashley Taylor, toll free at 866-868-7343 or 321-431-5100.
Crown Resorts will give you all necessary late check in instructions.

From the Melbourne Int'l Airport go to Nasa Blvd.Take Nasa Blvd. east
to US Hwy. 1.Take US Hwy. 1 north to SR 404 (Pineda Cswy). Take SR 404
(Pineda Cswy.) east to A1A (North Atlantic Ave.). Take A1A north past
Patrick Air Force Base to Cocoa Beach (Note: A1A will split, continue
north, the road will come back together, still going north). Continue
north through the SR 520 intersection. Watch for Perkins Restaurant and
the Best Western sign on the right. Turn right immediately after Perkins
onto Hendry Ave. Take an immediate left into the Crown Resorts parking
lot. The office is the Crown Resorts/Greene International Real Estate
building (5604 North Atlantic Ave.).
